Internal Audit & Compliance Manager

A very exciting Internal Audit and Compliance Manager position has just become available at one of the world’s leading automotive manufacturers based in Sorocaba, São Paulo. In this position, you will become a very important senior member of the business here in Brasil, managing the Internal Audit & Compliance department.

The primary responsibilities of the Internal Audit and Compliance Manager will be:

• To manage the Internal Audit & Compliance department.

• Building a partner-in-business relationship with the other areas of the company whilst permanently performing audits to detect internal control weak points and reporting them to Top Management.

• Maintaining and strengthening the Compliance program.

• Keeping a close relationship with other Company areas and to be aware of changes in the processes in order to detect internal control's weak points and participate in finding efficient solutions.

• Unifying criteria and standardizing policies/procedures and internal control checkpoints for the region.

For this Internal Audit and Compliance position you will need:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Accounting.

• More than 10 year’s experience in Internal Audit/SOX and Big four companies/Multinational companies.

• Advanced English, including excellent written and spoken skills.
