A very exciting Accounting Supervisor position has just become available at a leading international information technology company based in São Paulo. In this position, you will become an important member of the Accounting team here in Brasil, helping to lead the team.
The primary responsibilities of the Accounting Supervisor will be:
- General Accounting Closing.
- Preparation of Management Reports.
- Reviewing changes in balance sheet and monthly income accounts.
- Having control over the quality and accuracy of the numbers reported for Matrix (Reporting Package).
- Preparation of Financial Statements.
- Monthly reconciliation of gaap differences (USGaap and BRGaap).
For this Accounting Supervisor position you will need:
- Background in Accounting and Controllership, including a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- People Management and Development skills.
- Communication skills and relationship with stakeholders.
- To be able to guide and monitor the activities carried out by the accounting team, involving the analysis, control, accounting, planning, review and consolidation of results, in accordance with current legislation, guideline and pre-established strategy.
- Advanced English, including excellent written and spoken skills.
- Good knowledge in USGAAP accounting standards.
- Good knowledge in IFRS15 and IFRS16.
