A very exciting Credit Analyst position has just become available at a leading global investment bank based in São Paulo. In this position, you will become a very important member of the team and will provide insightful, relevant, succinct and timely credit analysis of a portfolio of the bank’s clients, current or prospective.
The primary responsibilities of the Credit Analyst will be:
- Supporting fellow analysts for accounts in the Americas CIB portfolio with the provided scope of the tasks required to monitor the credit quality and migration of assigned accounts in the portfolio.
- To anticipate credit issues.
- Preparing designated sections of the credit applications for assigned accounts by performing independent, forward looking credit analysis.
- To conduct annual credit review of assigned accounts and ensure that respective global/local credit applications are processed and successfully approved on schedule.
For this Credit Analyst position you will need:
- Related credit analyst industry experience in a ratings agency/investment bank.
- Strong analytical ability focused on the assessment and calibration of credit risk.
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent required.
- MBA or CFA qualifications are very advantageous.
- Fluent English, including excellent written and spoken skills.
- Strong writing skills and the ability and desire for writing.
