Chief of Staff

A very exciting Chief of Staff position has just become available at a growing financial services based in São Paulo. You would become an important senior member of the team responsible for supporting the Country Manager mainly on corporate development and operations.

The primary responsibilities of the Chief of Staff position will be:

• Branding & Communication (Regular scope)
• To coordinate with Branding & Communication team at IHQ (Singapore)
• To develop marketing strategy (e.g. message, target audience) & plans (e.g. media release, event participation) and lead execution in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders
• To lead engagement of and handle communication with external vendors (e.g. PR agency)

• Management Assistance (Ad-hoc duties)
• To study regulations and develop organisation structure
• To evaluate and execute outsourcing strategies in each functional area
• To facilitate and track OKR initiatives
• To understand demand and coordinate system development
• To coordinate work environment including office set-up
• Set-up sister entities
• Any other duties assigned to

For this Chief of Staff position you will need:

• To have a University Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years of full-time work experience of which 3 years of Project Manager experience at fast-paced environment
• High skills and experience in project management and multitasking
• Financial sector experience
• Advanced English

In this Chief of Staff position, you will have the opportunity to become a primary point of contact for the growing office in Brasil and will have contact with the international headquarters in Singapore and a large listed corporate in Japan too.
