2021

2020

Pearn Kandola - an organisation striving to make the modern workplace fair for everyone by promoting Diversity & Inclusion and eradicating prejudice and unfairness - is the Group’s official global diversity and inclusion partner.

With the help of mental health experts, Robert Walters launched an e-guide to support employee mental health and wellbeing in times of rapid change or crisis, with tailored advice for HR leaders, line managers and remote workers.

Launch of 'Burning the Candle: Strategies to Combat Workplace Burnout' e-guide explores strategies organisations can use to help battle burnout to ensure employees maintain a healthy relationship with their work.

2019

Robert Walters Group partner with Movember and challenges staff to ‘Break the Cycle’ and start addressing mental health in the workplace.

Robert Walters Australia partner with SheCodes to promote women and diversity in technology teams of the future.

2018

Launch of the bespoke in-house Adify tool, designed to help improve diversity and inclusion in your advert writing.

2017

The Group becomes official partner of OUTstanding. OUTstanding is a not-for-profit professional network for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT+) executives and their ally leaders.

2016

Launch of Empowering Women in the Workplace thought leadership campaign - a campaign developed to create conversation, connect professionals and provide information and advice to help women achieve career success.

The Group named in the top 50 Leading Ally Executive Category by OUTstanding and The FT which acknowledges senior executives who are unwavering in their support for LGBT people in the workplace.

Pre 2015

Launch of thought leadership research: Gender Diversity & Leadership, Attracting & Retaining Millennials and Recruiting in a Candidate Short Market.

Introduction of Programmatic Advertising: This type of advertising targets candidates based on key skills and locations, rather than demographics or characteristics.

On 1 January 2014, the Board implemented a policy to ensure that there will be an equal gender quota for any future long list for a Board appointment.

Official members of 'Employers Forum on Disability' and 'Employers Forum on Age' with the intention of ensuring the Group is at the forefront of developments in diversity best practice.

Robert Walters Group enhanced the diversity policy to ensure we hire purely on skills and experience. We have unconscious bias training for all our recruitment consultants and internal hiring managers by an external provider.
