Head of Operations

We are seeking a highly qualified Operations Manager to lead and structure our Logistics (Import, Export, Warehousing, and Transportation) and After-Sales Services (Customer Service) teams in Brazil. This strategic position supports all brands within our group and is aligned with both regional and global directives, with a strong focus on operational excellence, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Management

• Lead and oversee import, export, warehousing, and transportation operations.
• Ensure efficiency and responsiveness to commercial demands across brands, supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
• Optimize cost-effectiveness of operations and outsourced services while ensuring product integrity and compliance with tax and corporate regulations.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, implement continuous improvements, and ensure high logistics performance.
• Manage area budgeting and financial planning.

After-Sales & Repair Operations

• Coordinate customer support activities, partner workshops, and spare parts management, ensuring top-tier after-sales service quality.
• Implement actions to meet repair deadlines and maintain clear communication with customers, dealers, and other channels.
• Oversee technical inventory with a focus on availability and operational efficiency.
• Track key performance indicators and define action plans to boost customer satisfaction.

Supplier Management

• Supervise the performance of logistics and customer service partners, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost control.
• Maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, ensuring alignment with company standards.

Desired Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (Postgraduate degree is a plus).
• Solid experience in operational management, ideally within multinational or large-scale companies.
• Strong analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and strategic vision.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English – This position reports to international leadership.
