What you'll do:
As a Social Media Specialist, your role will be pivotal in shaping the digital culture within the schools. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and measuring their impact on enhancing organic social media presence. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing social media campaigns, optimizing deliverables for the best ROI. You will also create and understand engagement reports on indicators, impacts, and environments worked on internationally. Using reports, Power BI, and other analyses, you will identify opportunities for Churn and new Leads.

* Oversee social media campaigns, optimizing deliverables for the best ROI

* Use reports, Power BI, and other analyses to identify opportunities for Churn and new Leads
* Balance performance through planning + monitoring + engagement
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Social Media Specialist role brings a wealth of experience in social media within a multi-national marketing environment. You have proven experience managing channels across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok among others. Your ability to activate and optimize Paid Social Ads on Meta platforms sets you apart. You are proficient at creating and managing content with scheduling and reporting tools. Your ability to analyze social media metrics to generate actionable insights is commendable. Furthermore, your experience with international reporting and replicating medium- and long-term global processes is essential.
* Minimum of 3 years experience in social media, preferably in a multi-national marketing environment
* Proven experience in channel management through social media channels across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
* Experience in activating and optimizing Paid Social Ads on Meta platforms
* Ability to create and manage content with proficiency in scheduling and reporting tools as a Content Creation
* Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate actionable insights
* Experience with international reporting and replicating medium- and long-term global processes
* Proficiency in English for a full international environment from meetings to apply influence
