Customer Marketing Manager

We are looking for a knowledgeable and dependable Customer Marketing Manager to lead and bring to life customer marketing projects within the luxury field. This role is key in enhancing the brand's performance, hitting sales targets, and promoting sell-out growth, all while maintaining service and cost targets. Your role will involve proposing and implementing trade marketing programmes, overseeing their correct implementation, and ensuring alignment with global policies.

What you'll do:

• Transform commercial targets into operative input and projects
• Implement Trade Marketing Programmes and operative projects
• Deploy and oversee the correct implementation of global trade marketing guidelines
• Manage communication flow within the Commercial Teams
• Execute trade marketing projects and initiatives in coordination with Brand Management
• Monitor the trade marketing investment and KPI for the assigned areas
• Collect and evaluate commercial feedback and needs
• Oversee the production and delivery of materials for visual merchandising
• Monitor the proper management of POP/local activities budget
• Coordinate the operational activities of vendors

What you bring:

• Proven experience in project management and transformation programme management
• Knowledge of sector communication channels
• Understanding of marketing KPI’s and marketing plan
• Familiarity with commercial needs per channel/market/geographic region
• Degree or Master in Communication, Marketing or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English language]
