HR Supervisor
A very exciting HR Supervisor position has just become available at a fast-growing Food Manufacturing focused on bakery based in Itaquaquecetuba, São Paulo. You would be responsible for People Operations, to carry out recruitment and selection processes, receive admission documents, organize the new employee's work structure, assist employees, keep the remuneration and to register the information of all employees and keep them up to date.
The primary responsibilities of the HR Supervisor will be:
- To be responsible for People Operations and all processes in HR.
- To be responsible for the HR strategy of the company and to be the liaison between Brasil and the head office.
- To carry out the process of recruiting candidates, receiving open vacancies from the HR manager, describing the function, disseminating and capturing resumes, in order to attract the candidates most adherent to the vacancy profile, whenever necessary.
- Executing the selection process, contacting the screened candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting them remotely, preparing a behavioural profile and presenting it to the HR manager and to the management of the requesting area, aiming to close the vacancies, whenever necessary.
- To finalize the recruitment and selection process, giving feedback to the successful candidate, presenting a format of fixed and variable compensation and benefits, and advising on the admission documents, aiming to start the hiring process, whenever necessary.
- Assisting employees, advising on benefits, payments, doubts about rules and routines of the company, in order to contribute to the solution of their questions, on a daily basis.
- To keep the compensation and registration information of all the company's employees updated within the HR system in a thorough way, to ensure a complete registration, whenever necessary.
- To help manage and build the HR area. To build structures, advise on local labour laws, ESG, construction and operation too.
For this HR Business Partner position you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and related fields.
- Further Human Resources qualifications.
- Advanced or fluent English and/or Spanish.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience with People Operations, Recruitment and Selection, HR Strategy, Benefits and Strategic HR Business Partner activities.
- Experience in the Food Industry or Production companies.
- Detail-oriented, creative, hands-on, proactive profile, with strong communication skills.
- Good interpersonal relationships.
