Kaizen Gaming is on the hunt for a passionate Real Time Analyst to join their vibrant team. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid working environment, with up to three days in the office located in São Paulo, Brazil, directly report to the Team Leader based in Greece as well as a spreaded world team. The role involves keeping a keen eye on key performance indicators, engagement, and loyalty. Managing response times and recommendations for customer concerns.

What you'll do:

As a Real Time Analyst at Kaizen Gaming, you will play an instrumental role in enhancing our customer experience. You will monitor key performance indicators, manage response times effectively, provide valuable recommendations, and support our round-the-clock operational team. Your ability to map out customer journeys will help us understand the end-to-end experience of our customers and identify opportunities for optimisation. By collecting, analysing, and interpreting customer data, you will uncover trends and areas of concern that can be addressed proactively. Your expertise in using analytical tools will enable you to generate actionable insights that drive improvements in our customer experience.

  • Keep a close eye on key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Manage response time efficiently during shift changes, comparing metrics from online management to breaks.
  • Provide insightful recommendations for addressing customer concerns and enhancing satisfaction to the team leader.
  • Support a 24/7 operational team from shift rotations to night times priority.
  • Work on developing and transforming Dashboards, reports, and other solutions.
  • Map out customer journeys to understand the end-to-end experience and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collect, analyse and interpret customer data to identify trends, preferences and areas of concern.
  • Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to generate actionable insights that drive improvements in customer experience.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Real Time Analyst role at Kaizen Gaming will bring a strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Your analytical skills will be crucial in translating complex data into actionable insights that can drive our business forward. Familiarity with customer journey mapping, business process outsourcing, and call centre principles will be advantageous. We are looking for someone with proven experience in data analysis, customer experience, or a related role. Handling English, both written and verbal, is essential for international reporting. A familiarity with the technological environment and digital products will be beneficial for technological scalability following our business vision.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping, business process outsourcing, and/or Call centre principles is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, customer experience, or a related role.
  • At least an advanced English level, both written and verbal for international report.
  • Familiar with the technological environment and/or digital products for technological scalability following the business vision.
