Our client is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join their technology team that is transforming the data landscape in Latin America. This role is a critical component of their business, offering the opportunity to work remotely from São Paulo, SP. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enabling businesses to thrive in any economic environment, turning information into insights and helping clients make better-informed decisions.
What you'll do:
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining our client's Salesforce platform, supporting their business operations. Your primary responsibility will be creating and managing process automations using Salesforce Flows, ensuring the smooth operation of the CRM system. You’ll work closely with the sales team, providing support by troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and maintaining data integrity within Salesforce. In addition, you'll work with Salesforce Lightning to customize objects, fields, workflows, automations, and create insightful dashboards and reports that drive business decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing process automations using Salesforce Flows to streamline operations.
- Managing profile permissions, ensuring proper access control and security within the Salesforce environment.
- Providing ongoing support to the sales team by resolving errors, answering queries, and maintaining data accuracy.
- Maintaining CRM cleanliness by updating and optimizing dashboards, reports, and workflows.
- Customizing Salesforce Lightning objects, fields, workflows, and automations to fit business needs.
- Collaborating with local market teams and headquarters to ensure Salesforce processes meet their requirements.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics/engineering/administration or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin
- Salesforce certification is a plus
- Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning, including customization of objects, fields, workflows, and automations.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.
