The position is based in Santiago, Chile. Our client is a British Multinational Company. leading PET and plastic packaging supplier. We are looking for a High Profile professional for the position of Key Account Manager to Chile. This professional is expected to have a very successful sales experience (verifiable) with beverage companies (ability to leverage existing contacts in Beer and beverage industries is a huge differential). Will be responsible for will territory cover Chile, Argentina, Colombia as high priority focus territories.
- Territory will cover Chile, Argentina, Colombia as high priority focus territories;
- Watching brief over Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador Paraguay, Uruguay as secondary markets;
- Business development of key customers (CCU);
- Set up and day-to-day management of distributors in primary and secondary markets;
- Relevant executive level influencers at customer organisations to achieve revenue growth;
- Managing pipeline, negotiating and closing new business sales;
- Forecasting and reporting effectively and accurately all pipeline, territory plans and win/loss analysis;
- Building and managing a sales team, developing sales strategy together with Global BD Director.
- Experience required
- Very successful sales experience (verifiable) with beverage companies (ability to leverage existing contacts in Beer and beverage industries is a huge differential);
- Consistent and regular achievement of annual or monthly revenue targets;
- New business development mentality/experience, team player, excellent communicator, stakeholder management;
- Fluent English (international reporting);
- Management experience is valued / Start-up experience as well;
- High level of autonomy and ownership.
