Robert Walters is looking for a Commercial Director to work in São Paulo, coordinating teams in other states, with the objective of commercially developing the company's product in the field of civil construction. Mission :
- Read current sales data ana analyse, figuring out which point should be improve or/and keep
- Based on that analysis, build strategic sales and action plan, including team development and re-structure (if necessary) and culture building focused on efficiency and profitability
- Make national sales team motivated to bring expected result.
- Develop and commercially manage the company to achieve the goals in Brazil, managing a team in 3 states.
Professional Background
- Strong sales analysis and team development experience.
- Solid leadership and result-driven mindset
- Good experience in building national sales building
- Not necessarily to have technical or product knowledge
- Advanced English
- Experience in the construction sector.
